LOAD IN (ADULTS AND STUDENTS)
Six volunteers, ages 16 and up, with at least one adult are needed to unload equipment and supplies with the PW production team. The production lead will oversee load-in and will communicate any timing changes with the load-in volunteers. Volunteers must be able to lift and move heavy items and wear close-toed shoes.
NOTE: Twin Cities will be Thursday, 8-10 a.m.
Thursday, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
EVENT SETUP (ADULTS AND STUDENTS)
Eight volunteers, any age, with at least two adults are needed for setup assistance in the following areas: signs, PW store, product inventory, registration/youth leader central and green room. Volunteers are welcome to continue afternoon setup if available, but lunch will not be provided.
Friday, 8:30 a.m.-Noon
GREETERS (ADULTS AND STUDENTS)
Four or more volunteers, ages 16 and up, with at least two adults are needed to help direct traffic and monitor doors as groups arrive.
Friday, 5-7:30 p.m.
REGISTRATION TEAM (ADULTS)
Two adult volunteers are needed to assist with group check-in and material distribution.
Friday, 5 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
USHERS (ADULTS AND STUDENTS)
Six or more volunteers, of any age, with at least two adults are needed to monitor for wristbands, help groups find seats in the auditorium and monitor for food and beverages.
Friday and Saturday, 15 minutes prior to each session
RESOURCE SALES (ADULTS)
Eight to 10 adult volunteers are needed to sell resources at the PW store. (Students may volunteer only if they are at least 18.) Volunteers may still attend all sessions.
Friday-Saturday, pre-session and break times
JOURNAL DISTRIBUTION (ADULTS AND STUDENTS)
Three volunteers of a responsible age, with one adult are needed to distribute journals to groups at check-in.
Friday, 5-7:30 p.m.
TEAR-DOWN AND LOAD-OUT (ADULTS AND STUDENTS)
Eight volunteers, ages 16 and up, with at least two adults are needed to assist the production and lobby teams in stage and lobby tear-down and load-out. Volunteers must be able to lift and move heavy items and wear close-toed shoes.
