A Ministry of Understanding: Utilizing Research to Grow and Deepen Your Youth Ministry
Youth workers across the globe are often struggling to keep up with the issues and demands of ministering to the young. Culture moves quickly; urban, suburban, and rural contexts require new understandings as communities change; and new problems require quick thinking. The Center For Youth Studies has compiled more than 300 topics in an Encyclopedia of Youth Studies, researched, written, and produced by youth workers like you, who are passionate about reaching every new generation. We will spend time in this seminar speaking to the importance of good research in effective ministry and show how the Encyclopedia can be used for growing your own understanding of issues for proper action, as well as for training your team to meet the challenges you are facing together.
