Returns

If for any reason the shippable resource (downloadable resources are not returnable) fails to meet your specific needs, our return policy is fast and easy!

Simply use the return form found in your shipping package, re-package the product, and ship the package by trackable delivery to:

If the resource is defective, please mark DEFECTIVE on the invoice, and return it to us with the resource and your instructions for exchange or refund.

We are happy to refund the cost of the resource. We are unable to refund original shipping or return postage charges unless the return is due to our error. We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date.

We will notify you by e-mail once we have issued your refund or shipped your replacement/exchange item. Refunds or additional charges caused by exchange will be processed to the original credit card used for purchase.
