Especialidades Juveniles is the Spanish arm of Youth Specialties (although it's growing so big, it is really becoming a body of its own!). Lucas Leys is the director of EJ, which makes him responsible for creating youth ministry events and resources for Spanish-speaking ministries worldwide.
Lucas and EJ have done amazing things for youth workers in South and Central America, as well as Spain and in the U.S. By providing resources and training for youth workers who would not be able to find it elsewhere, EJ is helping to equip youth ministries and grow the next generation of Christian leaders in the Spanish-speaking world.
